My name is Aleksandra, and I live and love yoga!
How did it all begin?
I was under stress—caught between work, university, and personal life.
Meals were skipped, breaks were too short, and my mind was overflowing with thoughts.
How could I possibly stay productive like that?
I started looking for something that didn’t require much effort but would have a deep, lasting effect on my body and mind.
That’s when I found traditional yoga—and I went to learn it in Rishikesh.
Now, I want to share that knowledge and experience with you.
